| The Eyes Have
It- This bead may seem a little bold for some but I love it.
It is an amazing bead that is smooth and velvety to the touch but creates
a visual statement. Surprisingly, the bangle goes with many more
colors than you might originally think. The bead is by Chicago bead artist
Karen Ovington. The base is blue but she has added the "eyes" that
make it pop! and then put enamels on the surface of the bead that add the
subtle blends of colors. I have used Karen Hilltribe silver, Greek
ceramics, and twisted and coiled sterling silver wire. There are
also some hand cut and stamped sheet silver and sterling wire as a
dangles/charms. The clasp is hand made with sterling silver and more
Greek ceramics. It fits up to a 7" wrist. $100.00 |
